At Clearwater we approach each of our projects with the same 3 step process. Firstly we introduce ourselves to the client and discuss their goals and needs. If a design hasn’t already been planned, then we’ll begin the design process. From there we move into discussing pricing and the overall execution of the project from start to finish.

At the start of every project, we ask 2 questions. What are the client’s goals? And, do their goals fall in line with their budget? We aim to maximize value to the client while still delivering craftsmanship and design. Our design process is handled first through some interviews and discussions with the client so we can establish a platform from which we can design.

From there, we begin the conceptual design in either plan view or 3d renderings, that are drawn around the budget. Once a client approves the design and budget, we move onto construction. Our design staff creates CAD based Construction Drawings, to be engineered and submitted for permitting, and handed to our Project Managers and support staff for seamless execution of the project.

We enjoy being both industry partners as well as taking pride in being industry leaders. A good deal of our projects are brought on by other General Contractors or Pool Contractors for Sub-work. We’ve also established many relationships and have enjoyed collaborating with Architects, Landscape Architects, and Designers of Pools and Watershapes. Being familiar with the many different needs our clients may have, facilitates our work arrangement with them. We provide support every step of the way to ensure the execution of their plan runs smoothly. We involve all aspects of our team including our project managers and our design team.
